The new systems of ZFX series are complete units, ready for installation and mounted in a protective cabinet with transparent door.
The system is equipped with a drive and control unit. The air+oil mixture for each lubrication point is monitored by an optical sensor, in the case of using mixer type MVF-AX, which also checks the minimum level of air+oil mixture flow.
The available air + oil mixers are of two types:
- MVF-AX mixer with internal optical sensors. The MVF-AX mixer is also equipped with digital pressure sensors: SL PRO technology – 100% Safe Lubrication Process. The combination of the MVF-AX mixer with the N200110 sensors sets new safety standards in the lubrication of high-speed spindles; the ZFX system equipped with SL PRO technology guarantees 100% reliability.
- MVE-A mixer without sensors, for a cheaper but uncontrolled solution.
