The IFL sensor allows instantaneous detection of micro flow rates. To monitor a micro-flow rate with extreme precision, of various types of liquids, viscous and non-viscous, lubricants, processing liquids, biological fluids, solutions, etc. used, for example, to monitor lubrication lines, to control minimum continuous flow rates and to control possible blockages. In fluid spray lines to ensure that the correct amount of liquid has been applied, for spraying and coating, for chemical mixing and for monitoring fluid dosing. For filling control, i.e. for checking that the correct amount of fluid has been applied in industrial and packaging processes. The presence of the expected flow rate when calibrating the sensor causes a green LED to light up. Any blockage of the flow or variations in the flow rate of the lubricant with respect to the set reference value, either in excess or in defect, result in an anomaly signal and a red LED lights up. The sensor is programmable with different intervention thresholds and has a large display for instant control of functional parameters. The micro flow sensor is available in three versions for three reading ranges.
