MWM Schmieranlagen has developed an optical sensor designed for detection of lubricant streaks, for minimal air + oil flow starting from 40 mm3 / h. The optical sensor IFX is programmable and is able to detect image changes produced by the passage of lubricant streaks inside pipes of external diameter 4 or 6 mm. It is the first device in the world of this kind produced by two Italian companies, protected by an international patent.
