The cooperation between MWM Schmieranlagen and one of the leading Italian manufacturers of high speed milling centers of the Nineties: MECOF founded in 1947 in Belforte Monferrato (AL). One of the first special projects developed by MWM for air-oil lubrication of spindles mounted on interchangeable heads for high speed milling machine, Dynamil 3000, machine for high performances, or rather for milling with feed speed greater than 2,000 mm / min, with tools able to bear a cutting speed on cast iron or steel of at least 250 m / min.
The choice of several interchangeable electric spindles involves the need of a particular lubrication system, which can ensure a minimum but constant flow rate and that is equipped with safety devices (oil dosing control) able to signal possible working anomalies.
