The video shows a conversion project to minimal quantity lubrication of tools for a TORNOS sliding-head lathe type Delta 12/5, in which the traditional lubrication with whole oil has been completely removed, replacing it with a more performing and ecological MQL system. The design of the MQL system was suitably carried out on the specific needs of the customer, which had as its main aims: the reduction of lubricant management costs, a low environmental impact solution, the cleaning of machine and working environment.

Achieved results: dry pieces, huge reduction in operating costs, increase in tool life up to 50%, clean working environment, amortization of MQL system cost in 6 months.
