In this case they are mounted directly at mixer outlet.<br>Please consider that in this case the sensor controls a flow that is never steady because the lubricant dosing, in single-line systems, takes place cyclically at timed pulses.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"660\" src=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/speedram-1000.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3107 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/speedram-1000.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mql.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/speedram-1000-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mql.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/speedram-1000-768x495.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So we have to distinguish between a dynamic type control (signal at every lubrication cycle) or static control (signal nearly uninterrupted).<br>We have the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dynamic control: with sensor type\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mql.it\/en\/prod\/electrical-accessories\/ifx-s-optical-sensor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IFX-<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/en\/prod\/optical-sensor-ifx-s-n870000\/\">S08<\/a>\u00a0mounted inside the mixer (<a href=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/en\/prod\/air-oil-mixer-mvf-ax\/\">MVF-AX<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic control: when the sensor (type\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/en\/prod\/optical-sensors-ifx-c-n860000\/\">IFX-C04 or C06<\/a>) is outside the mixer, but at a distance of max. 10 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Static control: when the sensor (type<a href=\"https:\/\/mql.it\/en\/prod\/optical-sensors-ifx-c-n860000\/\">\u00a0IFX-C04 or C06<\/a>) is outside the mixer and it is positioned to a distance of more than 1 mt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In cases 1 and 2 the sensor will respond changing the status (LED green and then red) at every lubrication cycle, advising that the lubricant dosing took place properly. In case 3, the signal (green LED) is always on, provided that the lubricant flow rate (the oil streak) is enough and uninterrupted: for example, with a sensor positioned at 3 mt. from the mixer and a lubricant volume of at least 300 mm3\/h, with an air flow not higher than 50 Nl\/min.<br>A lower quantity of lubricant volume, or a higher air flow rate, can cause an unstable signal owing to a too limited and irregular flow for the optics of the sensor, but however valid for the needs of the lubrication point.
