The oil-mist sensor presented by MWM Schmieranlagen, sets new standards in Microfog Lubrication for mechanical components as speed/power bearings for spindles in machine-tools.

The oil-mist sensor, is designed to detect lubricant flow rates in oil microfog systems in a very precise way.

Application:

Used for the automatic control of flow rate in feeding pipes of oil microfog, for example in spindle lubrication by means of microfog (aerosol) or in minimal lubrication of machine tools.

Function:

Any image variation of the flowing microfog is detected and processed according to a patented and advanced technology. The check reference flow rate, which refers to the normal standard flow, is set at first programming stage; the detection of pre-set value of flow rate determines the lighting of a green LED.

Moreover, it is possible to use a programming software PC compatible, which is available as optional.
