Privacy Policy pursuant to Articles 13-14 of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2016/679.
This document is drafted in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal and sensitive data.

According to the indicated regulation, this processing will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR European Regulation No. 2016/679, we provide you with the following information:

1. DATA CONTROLLER is MWM SCHMIERANLAGEN S.R.L., with its registered office at VIA GALILEO GALILEI, 4 – PESCHIERA BORROMEO (MI), represented by its Legal Representative.
   
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
   The data processing involves the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of data. Specifically, the processing concerns personal data related to candidates and potential employees applying to MWM SCHMIERANLAGEN S.R.L., collected through the website www.mql.it.
   The processing is strictly necessary and aimed at internal recruiting activities and CV screening. Additionally, the processing may involve contact information voluntarily provided by visitors to the site when filling out the information request form to be contacted by MWM Schmieranlagen Srl.
   
3. METHODS OF PROCESSING AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD
   The processing will be carried out in full compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, necessity, lawfulness, and transparency and with the security measures required by law, either through paper support or with the help of IT tools, connected or not to the network, accessible by expressly authorized personnel, with organizational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical, and logical measures provided by the current regulations.
   Your data will be retained for no longer than 12 months from the time of collection of the information entered in the „Work with Us“ section. Other data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary to provide the service.
   
4. DATA PROVISION
   Subject to the autonomy of the data subject, the provision of personal data is optional and provided voluntarily by the data subject after giving their consent to data processing.
   
5. DATA COMMUNICATION
   The data is communicated only to the subjects authorized by the Data Controller who manage human resources and the website for MWM SCHMIERANLAGEN S.R.L.
   The data is not disseminated in any way.
   
6. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
   Personal data is not transferred to other European Union countries or non-European countries.
   
7. RIGHTS EXERCISABLE BY THE DATA SUBJECT
   The data subject may, at any time, exercise their rights as provided for in Article 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – Right of access to personal data and other rights.
   The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and, if so, to access the personal data and the following information:

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The data subject, informed of their rights, under Article 7 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes mentioned in point 2, as well as to the communication of the same by submitting their curriculum vitae or completing the information request form on the website www.mql.it.
The processing of data referred to in point 2, concerning the processing of data contained in the curriculum vitae, requires the express consent of the data subject, who may revoke it at any time by communicating this intention to the Data Controller via written communication to the postal address VIA GALILEO GALILEI, 4 – PESCHIERA BORROMEO (MI), or by email: privacy@mql.it.
